Pledge To You:
We do our best to present a good description and pictures of the items
we are selling, so that you have a good idea of what you will get. We
encourage you to ask as many questions as possible if you do not have
the possibilities to come and visit our warehouse. We can send
additional pictures on demand.
We do our best
to expedite shipping after receipt of your payment. For very large
items, we may need extra time, and will let you know when we quote the
shipping and handling fee.
As we sell both
online and in our warehouse, there is a very small likelihood that an
online item becomes unavailable, as online orders are processed at the
end of the day. Online shoppers who are really interested should call
us.
Shipping and Handling
Policy:
Local shoppers can view and pick-up their items at our warehouse. We
can refer them to local delivery services if needed.
For other US and Canada states or cities, we use ground transport
services with a mandatory insurance. We use one of the following
services, depending on the weight and size of the item:

USPS
Priority mail for very small items

FedEx or UPS
ground services for small to large items

Moving
companies services for larger items
Shipping,
handling and insurance fees are due by the buyer at the time of
purchase, and will be quoted within 2 business days of the purchase
order. If you have special shipping request, please let us know.
Shipping will be handled promptly after the receipt of all payments,
and within 3 business days.
A different
policy is applied for custom searches, as each item is imported on

Other
Information:
Payment by certified bank checks or money order must be received within
7 business days of initializing purchase, otherwise the item will be
re-listed.
We encourage the use of Paypal for online purchases in order to
expedite the process.
Sales Taxes apply where applicable by law, in particular in California.
